Sausage Roll with Garlic paste

Delicious easy homemade #Sausage Rolls with Garlic Paste , using store-bought puff pastry, sausages and garlic paste. Make them mini for appetizers or big for a meal!

Ingredient 

• Toast/ 2 pcs
• FuFann Garlic Paste/ Proper amount
• Egg/ 1 pc
• Sausage/ 4 pcs
• Puff Pastry/ 4 pcs

Method

1. Cut off the side of toast, roll the toast flat and cut it with 2 piece. Spread garlic paste on the toast, roll up the sausage. (Brush the egg liquid to seal the edge)  
2. Cut the puff pastry in rectangles, place sausage roll on puff pastry and roll it up, brush the egg liquid to seal the edge.
3. Cook in the Air-fryer at 180c for 8 minutes until the color of surface being slightly brown, then the dish is ready for serve.
