If you like matcha, you will love this matcha jelly!
It’s the perfect dessert for summer and it’s ridiculously easy to make. Takes 10 minutes to make and then you just wait until it’s chilled in the refrigerator.
- 15g Matcha Spread
- 4.5g Jelly T
- 12.3g Sugar
- 200 g Water
- Mix Jelly T and granulated sugar well.
- Pour the water into the mixture of step 1. and mix evenly, then add Matcha spread and stir well.
- Heat the mixture of step 2. until boil.
- Pour the mixture into pudding cup (mold) and refridge for 3-4 hour, then the Matcha Jelly is ready for serve.
