Garlic Prawns

Ingredient 

  • Garlic Paste 50g
  • Prawn 20 pcs
  • Rice Wine Proper
  • Salt A few
  • Basil Proper
  • Chili Proper


Method

  1. In a small frying pan, pour the rice wine, salt and prawn, shake the pan and cook for around 1 minute until the prawns change from translucent to white/pink and most of the wine is evaporated.
  2. Add the garlic paste and stir to combine. Season with basil and chili, then the dish is ready for serve.
