- Garlic Paste 50g
- Prawn 20 pcs
- Rice Wine Proper
- Salt A few
- Basil Proper
- Chili Proper
- In a small frying pan, pour the rice wine, salt and prawn, shake the pan and cook for around 1 minute until the prawns change from translucent to white/pink and most of the wine is evaporated.
- Add the garlic paste and stir to combine. Season with basil and chili, then the dish is ready for serve.
