iTQi is the world’s leading organization dedicated to testing and promoting superior food and drink. Every year, their Superior Taste Awards, sometimes referred to as ‘the Michelin Guide of Food’, are handed out following a blind tasting by chefs and sommeliers, carefully selected from the ranks of fifteen highly regarded culinary and sommeliers’ associations, including the World Master Chefs Society (WMCS) and the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI).
