Method
- Cut your bread into croutons.
- Melt fresh garlic paste by using double boiler, add the croutons to the bowl and make sure all croutons get coated of fresh garlic paste evenly.
- Spread the croutons out on a large baking tray and bake 170℃/170℃,15-20 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
