Crabmeat and Asparagus Spring Roll with Peanut Butter

Ingredient
- Spring Roll Wrapper:2 pieces
- Romaine Lettuce:1 head
- baby Corn:3 pieces
- Asparagus:4 sticks
- Crab Stick:4
- Fufann Peanut Butter:15g
- Mayonnaise:1 small piece
- Peanut Powder:Proper amount
- Salt:A few
Method
- Strip the romaine lettuce and wash with clean water for later use.
- Boil the water, add some salt and blanch the baby corns and asparagus. Cut the baby corns in half.
- Blend the peanut butter and mayonnaise in 1:1 ratio.
- Lay the spring roll wrapper on the table, and place romaine lettuce, asparagus, baby corn and crab stick on it.
- Spread the sauce prepared in Step 3, sprinkle some peanut powder and roll it up.
