Ingredient A
- Yolk:1 pcs
- Sugar:10g
- Corn Flour:5g
- Cake Flour:5g
Ingredient B
- Milk:130g
- Sugar:15g
- FuFann Matcha Spread:15g
Ingredient C
- Mochi Skin:6 pcs
- Strawberry:6 pcs
Method
- Mix ingredient A yolk with sugar, then add corn flour, cake flour and blend it until creamy.
- Mix ingredient B (Milk, sugar, FuFann Matcha Spread) and heat until all ingredient dissolved.
- Mix ingredient B with ingredient A, blend and heat until the matcha stuffing being sticky.
- Clean and dry strawberry for later use.
- Use ice digger to make strawberry coved by matcha stuffing, then refrigerate it around 4 hrs.
- Take mochi skin to cover matcha strawberry stuffing and make it into ball.
