Sesame Lava Bun
The Sesame Lava Bun will make you crazy!
Use chopsticks to separate the steamed sesame lava bun, and the black sesame comes out., meanwhile, you can smell the sesame and cream while you are eating it. The simple sweet fine taste will make you crazy about it!
- 200g Plain Flour
- 2g Compressed Yeast
- 20g Sugar
- A Few Salt
- 10g Vegetable Oil
- 100c.c Water
- 150g FuFann Sesame Paste
- 80g Whipping Cream
- 10g Sugar
- Prepare the sesame stuffing first. Melt the whipping cream and sugar until well blended, then turn off the fire and add sesame paste to the mixture. Pour the sesame stuffing to the ice tray and place it in the freezer to make ice cubes for later use.
- Prepare the lava bun. Pour all ingredient into the bowl and mix it to the dough until smooth, then leave the dough for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into balls of 28g each and roll the dough with a rolling pin to proper thickness. Take out the sesame stuffing from ice tray and put it in the middle of flat dough, gently fold the open part of flat dough around the outside from the edge to the center.
- Bring the boiled water under the steamer and cover the steamer cap after putting the lava bun in it for fermenting. As the lava bun has been increased by double size, turn on the fire to boil up the water for 12 minutes. After turn off the fire, slightly remove the steamer cap and leave the Lava Bun for 3 minutes, then the Sesame Lava Bun is ready for serve.
