Chocolate Strawberry Crepe


Satisfy your chocolate craving with these delicious crepes filled with strawberries and cream. So easy to make and they make a gorgeous breakfast or dessert for Valentine’s Day! You can make the batter ahead of time and refrigerate what you don’t use.

Ingredient

  • Unsalted butter: 10g
  • Egg: 2 pieces
  • White sugar: 15g
  • Salt: Proper amount
  • Low-gluten flour: 60g
  • Milk: 150g
  • Strawberry: 8 pieces
  • Fresh cream, almond slices, ice cream, FuFann chocolate syrup 


Method

  1. Melt cream in the pan. Beat the egg evenly into the container. Add the sifted flour, milk, sugar, salt and melted cream to the container and mix well.
  2. Whipping cream in the pan with kitchen towel. Pour out the batter into the pan and flip it over when its edge turns into brown color.
  3. Fold the crepe in half and put the fruit such as strawberries from the inside out to the 1/2 sector. Squeeze the cream on the fruit, fold the crepe on it. Put the ice cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate syrup and almond slices.
